The Nantucket Listing Service is a real estate listing website serving the entire island of Nantucket. It is a member only listing service, similar to the larger MLS, and provides the same sort of services and functionality to its membership. Excelisys has taken the NLS from a small, unreliable hosting service run on an old database back–end to a world class commercial hosting service capable of very aggressive growth and 24/7 uptime. The site, recently remodeled with a whole new user interface, is operated by a combination of PHP and Lasso, connecting to a MySQL database back–end.
